This position is responsible for supporting the governance, design and continuous improvement of operational processes within assigned domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
The role provides process expertise, operational insights and governance support to drive consistency, efficiency and sustainable business outcomes.
Through data analysis, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement practices, the role helps maintain operational integrity and enable effective service delivery.Job RequirementsTertiary qualification in Business, Operations Management, Process Improvement, Project Management, Commerce or a related disciplineExperience in process analysis, process improvement, business operations, or continuous improvement rolesDemonstrated experience documenting and mapping business processes using recognised methodologies and toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop practical recommendationsExperience working with a range of stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficienciesKnowledge of operational governance, risk management, and compliance frameworksExperience supporting change initiatives and process implementation within a medium to large organisationExperience with process mapping and workflow tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS, or similar)Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Improvement,
