We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an immediate temporary opportunity supporting the Executive Leadership Team within a highly regarded not-for-profit healthcare organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable EA who enjoys working at senior executive level and can step into a busy setting, quickly understand priorities and keep things moving.Supporting the CEO, COO, CSO and CFO, you'l play an important role in coordinating executive activities, Board and Committee processes, meetings, communications and key priorities across the leadership team.About the RoleProviding high-level support across the Executive Leadership TeamCoordinating executive diaries, meetings and competing prioritiesPreparing agendas, meeting packs, correspondence, reports and briefing documentsSupporting Board and Committee meetings and governance processesTracking actions and ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completedLiaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholdersCoordinating executive events,
workshops and meetingsManaging sensitive and confidential information with discretionHelping improve executive workflows and administrative processesAbout youYou'll be an experienced EA who is comfortable working with senior leaders and can hit the ground running.Ideally, you'll bring:Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives/C-suite leadersExperience supporting multiple executives and managing competing prioritiesPrevious exposure to Board, Committee or governance processesExceptional organisation and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence dealing with senior stakeholdersA proactive approach - you anticipate what needs to happen rather than waiting to be askedThe ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentialityExperience within healthcare, education, government, NFP or another complex organisation would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.The opportunityThis is an initial 4-6 week full-time temporary assignment while the organisation recruits permanently.The role is based onsite in Carlton, working with an experienced, supportive and collaborative leadership team.
