We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, and signage, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.The OpportunityThe Bid Manager is a newly created and pivotal role within our Civil team, responsible for estimating and pricing projects nationwide, as well as preparing high-quality tender submissions.
This position plays a key role in ensuring all tenders are delivered competitively, on time, and to the highest standard.
By effectively managing these critical processes, the Bid Development Manager will directly contribute to our success in securing new opportunities and driving continued growth.




You will oversee approximately 7–8 projects per month and provide leadership to a team of two estimators.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Bachelor in Civil Engineering5-8 years in estimation or tenderingExperience in the High Voltage industryStrong financial, commercial and contractual acumenProficiency in MS ProjectAdvanced skills in MS Office, particularly excelExperience using Bluebeam (advantageous but not essential)Excellent organizational and leadership skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and a busy workloadBe rewarded at CPP.At CPP, we value our people above all else.
