The Role – What You'll Be Doing
Lawn maintenance: mowing (using zero turns & front decks), edging, brush cutting
Garden presentation: pruning, trimming, shaping & hedge maintenance
General upkeep: weed control, watering, blowing paths & site clean-ups
Landscape improvements: mulching, planting & garden bed refreshes
Reporting: logging completed works via modern, easy-to-use apps
Project support: assisting with larger landscaping and seasonal works

What We're Looking For
Proven garden maintenance experience (commercial or residential)
Valid driver's licence and confidence in towing a trailer
Strong operating skills with ride-ons (zero-turns, front-decks, walkers etc.), blowers & hedge trimmers
Reliable, punctual and physically fit
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Compliance Requirements
