Team Leader – Manufacturing Specialist / Fabricator
Frizzell Industries is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance and onsite construction activities.
Based in Warwick, this hands-on role also involves travel to remote worksites across Queensland and interstate.
You will lead and support team members, allocate daily tasks, monitor performance and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
A key responsibility is completing accurate timesheets, job sheets, stock records, safety documents and other paperwork required for payroll, job costing and invoicing.
Key requirements include:
Proven team leadership and communication skills
Experience with welding, metal fabrication and machinery
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
Solid organisation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of maintenance programs and WHS requirements
Experience working with and supporting apprentices
White Card and current C Class driver's licence
Willingness to travel and work remotely when required
A Certificate III in Engineering – Metal Fabrication, forklift/EWP licences, MR–HC licence, computer skills and at least two years of relevant industry experience would be highly regarded.
