This role will focus on client service, loan administration, lender follow-up and supporting the end-to-end loan process.
You will be working closely with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience while helping drive the success of the business.

Manage client communication throughout the loan process
Prepare and manage loan application documentation
Liaise with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders
Support brokers with loan progression and settlements
Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
