About the role
We are currently seeking a
Digital Engineering Manager
for Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
Lead digital model engineering across major projects and programs.
Drive model coordination, federation, automation and data quality.
Deliver digital solutions that improve planning, delivery and reporting.
Manage digital risks, stakeholder engagement and project compliance.
Mentor digital teams and champion innovation and best practice.
About you




15+ years' experience in digital engineering, BIM or model-based delivery.
Degree qualified in Engineering, Digital Engineering or a related discipline.
Expert in digital model authoring, coordination and data management.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
