Credit Analyst / Mortgage Loan ProcessorThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Credit Analyst / Mortgage Loan Processor based in Parramatta, NSW, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.
Day-to-day, the role involves assessing borrower creditworthiness, reviewing financial documents, and analyzing income, liabilities, and security to support sound lending decisions.
The position includes processing mortgage applications end-to-end, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
The Credit Analyst / Mortgage Loan Processor will liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to obtain information, clarify issues, and provide timely updates on application status.
Responsibilities also include preparing credit submissions, maintaining accurate records in loan systems, monitoring pipeline progress, and contributing to process improvements and risk controls.Key responsibilitiesAssess borrower creditworthiness and review financial documentsAnalyze income, liabilities, and security to support sound lending decisionsProcess mortgage applications end-to-endEnsure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirementsLiaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to obtain information and clarify issuesProvide timely updates on application statusPrepare credit submissionsMaintain accurate records in loan systemsContribute to process improvements and risk controlsAbout youStrong credit-focused capabilities,



including Credit and Credit Management skills to assess risk and make balanced recommendationsRobust Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret financial statements, calculate serviceability, and evaluate lending structuresEffective Communication skills to engage professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, and colleagues in both written and verbal formatsMinimum 3 years previous experience in mortgage processing, credit analysis, or a related lending role within banking or financial servicesFamiliarity with mortgage products, lending policies, compliance requirements, and loan origination systemsHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneouslyComfort working in a hybrid workplace, with the ability to collaborate in-office in Parramatta, NSW and work independently from homeExperience with myCRM and AOL desirableGenerous Salary package of $90K FTE + SuperThe opportunity to join part-time and progress to a full-time role if desiredA fun, flexible, and collaborative work cultureAbout usBDC Finance Group is a financial services organization specializing in mortgage and credit solutions for individuals and businesses.
