Due to continued growth at our Mackay site, we're seeking a Production Coordinator to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently.
About Your Role:
As the
Production Coordinator
, you will play a key role in aligning materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays, improving delivery timelines, and supporting a high-performing workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production schedules and planning
Monitor and manage WIP to reduce bottlenecks and delays
Ensure materials and resources are aligned with demand
Work closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams
Provide insights and reporting to support smarter, proactive decisions
About You:
Minimum 5 years' experience in planning role within a workshop or heavy industry workplace
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
SAP or ERP experience (highly regarded)
Solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactive
Qualifications:
Engineering or Trade Qualifications will be
highly regarded
