Your Next Role
We're looking for an organised and motivated Client Service Manager to support our brokers and clients throughout the loan process.
You'll help manage the administration of loan applications from application through to settlement, keeping everything organised and ensuring clients receive a great experience along the way.
No mortgage or finance experience is necessary!
Full training and support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the mortgage industry.

Your Responsibilities
Supporting brokers with loan administration
Collecting and reviewing client documents
Following up clients for outstanding information
Preparing loan applications for submission
Liaising with clients, brokers and lenders
Providing updates throughout the loan process
Managing applications from submission through to settlement
Maintaining accurate client records
About You
You don't need previous mortgage experience — we're looking for someone who is:
