Brasshards Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative based in Perth to manage and grow our customer base across Western Australia and South Australia.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is key to building strong relationships and increasing sales across our dual brands for Brasshards Group, Brasshards Plumbing and Mixx Tapware & Accessories.

About the Role
This is a dual-territory role covering WA & SA, with travel to SA required a minimum of 6 times per year.
You will be the face of Brasshards Group for plumbing, hardware, and bathroom merchants, nurturing existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and sell our full product range across both states.
Maintain and develop strong, ongoing relationships with merchants, specifiers, builders, and consultants.




Drive demand and product knowledge across the merchant channel.
Implement and manage a structured call cycle and territory plan.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within both markets.
Maximise in-store display opportunities for brand visibility.
Attend industry events, trade functions, and customer conferences
Provide regular feedback and reporting on territory activity and sales trends.
About You
You're a proactive, energetic individual who enjoys relationship-building and sales success.
You're happy to travel, work autonomously, and thrive on exceeding expectations.
Key Attributes:
Based in Perth and willing to travel frequently (minimum 6 trips/year to SA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident working independently, while being a cooperative team player.
Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to grow.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn plumbing/hardware products and concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
