You are an accomplished leader who understands the complexity of delivering funded programs within a performance-driven environment.
You have a proven ability to manage competing priorities, achieve contractual outcomes, lead diverse teams and build solid stakeholder relationships.You are equally comfortable analysing performance data, developing strategic improvement initiatives, managing revenue targets and supporting your team to achieve exceptional outcomes.Experience within the vocational education and training (VET) sector, Registered Training Organisations, apprenticeship services, workforce development programs, skills assessment services, employment services or government-funded initiatives will be highly regarded.Why Join our team?
