you will have the responsibility for delivering best in class customer service while coordinating project administration, subcontractor scheduling and other construction-phase activities, ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for both internal and external stakeholdersSome Tasks As Part Of This Role IncludeAct as a key liaison and customer support contact to external customers and internal Knauf Linings field members including Area Managers & Project CoordinatorsRaise customer cases & complaints with a view of resolving issues promptlyProcess builder call-ups and reschedules in accordance with service level agreements, project readiness and operational capacityAllocate subcontracted and employed trades to various stages of works in residential housing projects ensuring trades are fully optimisedAddress any rescheduling requirements and ensure updates are communicated effectively.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays to minimise disruptions to project timelinesAssist with onboarding administration to subcontractors detailing the works allocated to themIdentify and resolve customer purchase order discrepancies in line with Knauf Linings estimates and allowances.Process project variations, extras,
