What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking café and catering menu items
Following recipes and maintaining consistency and quality
Working safely with allergen and dietary requirements
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
Supporting the kitchen team with daily production
Helping with stock rotation, preparation and kitchen organisation
Contributing ideas and helping improve our food and processes
What We're Looking For
Previous commercial kitchen or cooking experience
Confident cooking and food preparation skills
Reliable, punctual and consistent
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
High standards of food safety and hygiene
Allergen awareness is an advantage
Must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights in Australia
