Maintenance team 1-4 on a rotating basis
The role
Lead the day to day maintenance of the park and keep every cabin, tiny home, site and shared area safe, tidy and guest ready.
What you'll do
Run the maintenance roster and hand out the day's jobs
Keep our maintanence schedule up to date, including work orders and regular checks
Do hands-on work: general repairs, painting, decks, fences, locks, minor plumbing
Look after grounds: mowing, gardens, paths and roads
Daily pool testing and record keeping
Book and manage tradies when a job needs a licence
Keep tools, gear and consumables in order




Help with current home and cabin installs
Be a friendly face for guests and residents
About you
Handy and practical, with a solid track record in maintenance or grounds work
Have led a small team or ready to step up
Comfortable using an app to log and close out jobs
Driver's licence essential, White Card and pool operations certificate a bonus
Fit, organised and calm when the park is busy
Happy to do some weekend and public holiday work in peak times
Pay: $***** – $***** per hour
