TFX is looking for a motivated and personable Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Lithgow.This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers and working as part of a supportive team workplace.
You'll be speaking with customers daily, assisting with enquiries, generating sales opportunities and helping keep projects moving across the construction industry.About UsTFX is a family-owned business supplying fasteners, hardware and site consumables to the building and civil construction industry across NSW.
Proudly based in Lithgow, we have built our reputation on reliable service, practical solutions and strong customer relationships.About the RoleYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Handling inbound and outbound customer callsAssisting customers with product enquiries and sales ordersBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsGenerating new sales opportunities and leadsSupporting account management and follow-upAssisting with quoting,
