We're looking for a
Junior Kitchen Hand
to join our growing team at Suzy's; a brand-new venue located in the heart of
Hillarys Boat Harbour
.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in hospitality and become part of a supportive, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Suzy's is a brand-new venue that has generated significant interest across social media, creating a huge amount of excitement ahead of our full launch.
As a result, we are already experiencing very busy services, so we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the demands of a bustling kitchen.
The role will primarily involve:
Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Assisting the chefs during busy service periods
Keeping workstations clean and organised
Restocking and putting away deliveries
Supporting the kitchen team with general duties
What we're looking for:




A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good time management and organisational skills
Reliability and punctuality
The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
Current availability:
Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
Future opportunities:
As Suzy's transitions to full-time trading, there will be opportunities for additional hours, including
evening shifts
