Claims Consultant - Commercial Corporate
Following an internal promotion, you’ll take ownership of a claims book across commercial lines, acting as the key advocate between clients, insurers, and brokers. This would suit an experienced claims professional who enjoys negotiating outcomes, building trust quickly, and running a portfolio with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage an active portfolio of approximately 120–150 corporate claims, maintaining progress, documentation quality, and insurer accountability
- Represent the client’s interests, setting strategy, negotiating outcomes, and keeping stakeholders aligned through to settlement
- Partner closely with brokers and insurers to resolve claim issues, remove bottlenecks, and drive timely decisions




- Triage and manage a mix of complex and standard matters across multiple lines, escalating technical issues when required
- Maintain clear, confident communication with corporate clients, ensuring they understand options, time frames, and next steps

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial claims
- Confidence handling a portfolio environment with competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Strong negotiation capability and the ability to advocate for client outcomes professionally
- Transparent, concise written communication and disciplined file management
