Program Manager | Senior Project Officer | Enterprise Workforce & Transformation

About the Chance

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager and a Senior Project Officer to join a major enterprise transformation initiative delivering large-scale workforce management, HR and finance system improvements across a complex, geographically dispersed organisation.

This role will provide leadership across workforce management and rostering implementation activities while also driving program governance, planning, reporting and delivery assurance functions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, project leads, technology teams and vendors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful delivery outcomes, business readiness and organisational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of enterprise workforce management and rostering initiatives, including implementation planning, business readiness and operational transition activities.
- Drive program governance, reporting, planning and delivery assurance across multiple interconnected projects and workstreams.
- Partner with business, technology, finance, change and implementation teams to ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across operational, corporate and executive groups to support decision-making and successful implementation.
- Oversee pilot programs and organisational readiness activities, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into future delivery approaches.
- Coordinate program-level reporting, governance forums, decision logs, risk and issue management, and executive communications.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, RAID registers, governance artefacts and status reporting frameworks.
- Support resource planning, workforce coordination, recruitment activities and vendor engagement processes.
- Prepare high-quality executive reporting, briefing papers, presentations and governance materials.
- Identify and manage risks, issues,



dependencies and decisions, escalating matters appropriately and driving timely resolution.
- Foster continuous improvement of governance processes, delivery frameworks and program management practices.

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Significant experience leading complex transformation, ERP, workforce management, HR technology or operational change programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide implementation initiatives within large and complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of program and project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting or leading workforce management, rostering, payroll, HR, finance or enterprise systems implementation programs.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders, operational stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
- Strong financial and resource management capability, including budget oversight, forecasting and delivery tracking.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-ready reports, briefing papers, presentations and governance documentation.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced delivery environment.

Requirements

- Australian Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements associated with the role.
- Successful candidates will be required to comply with workplace health and safety requirements.
