About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Store Manager for the Maroochydore store. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and friendly management style and open communication style, with an ability to train and coach a team to success. In this role, you will work alongside the Area Manager and be expected to maximise sales through amazing customer service, team motivation, visual merchandising and keeping up with operational duties.

- Strong customer service skills
- Retail management experience
- Ability to drive a team to reach and exceed targets and KPIs
