Running three distinct B2B brands alongside a growing direct-to-consumer store, they have achieved decades of success. Now, they are ready to bring in their first dedicated Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the function and build out their digital strategy from the ground up.
About the Role This is a brand-recent, growth-focused role created for a practical, self-driven Marketer. You won't be sitting in meetings all day-you'll be doing the work, steering the strategy, and making things happen. Backed by a strong media budget, two in-house Graphic Designers, and a capable admin team, you'll have everything you need to execute fast.
Key Responsibilities
Paid & Organic Social: Build and manage campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn across both B2B trade and consumer audiences.
Email Marketing: Manage Klaviyo end-to-end, including list segmentation, automated flows, targeted campaigns, and performance reporting.
Website & E-Commerce Management: Oversee four WordPress/WooCommerce sites-optimising product listings, landing pages, and conversion rates.
SEO & Analytics: Drive technical and content-led SEO, utilizing GA4 to track performance and pivot strategies based on hard data.
Innovation & Expansion: Test new channels, video content, and partnerships to keep moving the growth needle.
Skills & Experience Required
3+ Years in Hands-On Digital Marketing: Experience working in a lean environment where you run campaigns yourself rather than delegating everything to agencies.
Technical Tech Stack Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager,
Klaviyo (flows & segmentation), WordPress/WooCommerce, and GA4.
B2B & E-Commerce Exposure: Understanding of trade distribution and DTC marketing models.
Copywriting Skills: Ability to write clear, compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
AI-Forward Mindset: You actively leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, speed up execution, and scale your impact.
Bias for Action: Organised, self-directed, and eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
