We're looking for a Quality Inspector / QA Officer to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working closely with production to ensure products meet drawing, specification and quality requirements before leaving the yard.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect precast products throughout production and prior to dispatch.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and clearly communicate required rectifications to production teams.
- Work with supervisors and trades to ensure defects are rectified efficiently.
- Complete quality inspections, checklists and documentation accurately.
- Maintain quality records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate with production, engineering and project teams to resolve quality matters.
- Assist with implementing and improving quality processes.

About You





- Experience in quality assurance, quality control or inspections in manufacturing, construction or precast.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Confident communicator who can work with production teams to achieve quality outcomes.
- Well organised and able to manage inspection records and documentation.
- Comfortable working both on the factory floor and in an office setting.
- Current driver's licence.
