The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate customer-focused professional who is ready for a rewarding new challenge. As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you'll guide customers through their recovery journey, providing support, empathy, and practical solutions every step of the way.

Your new role

Deliver exceptional customer service and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Build trusted relationships and support customers through important life events.

Problem-solve and navigate a variety of customer situations and challenges.

Work collaboratively with customers, healthcare providers, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.

Develop specialist claims knowledge through structured training and ongoing support.





Manage a portfolio of claims while developing your decision-making and case management skills.

Thrive in a fast-paced, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

About you

You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

Strong customer service experience and a genuine desire to help others.

Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.

Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
