Principal Leader - St Andrews College, Marayong

Lead a thriving Catholic secondary school community where faith, learning and belonging inspire every student to achieve their personal best.

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an exceptional, faith-filled educational leader to join St Andrew's College, Marayong, as Principal Leader. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in Term 1, 2027.

As Principal Leader, you will provide strategic, spiritual and educational leadership to a large and dynamic Catholic secondary school community. You will lead the College's continued growth and development, cultivating a culture of faith, excellence, inclusion and belonging that enables students and staff to thrive.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a visionary and relational leader who can unite the community around a shared purpose, lead evidence-informed improvement and build upon the strong foundations and achievements of the College.

Qualifications & Accreditation

Applicants must:

Meet the requirements of Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead, or be willing to achieve these requirements within the first contract term

Hold a valid Working with Children Check

Hold NESA accreditation

During the recruitment process, applicants will be required to provide:

Certified copy of Category D or E Accreditation

Copy of Baptism Certificate

Working with Children Check clearance * Evidence of NESA accreditation
