Join the Team
As the Senior Work Health & Safety Business Partner for SDPR, you will provide senior WHS business partnering, advice and leadership to improve WHS, staff health and wellbeing service delivery through effective planning, collaboration, risk management and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

- Lead WHS, staff health and wellbeing strategies that improve safety outcomes, strengthen service delivery and support a constructive workplace culture across SDPRIA and eHealth NSW.
- Develop practical WHS frameworks, policies, procedures and communication plans that meet legislative requirements and align with NSW Health policy directives.
- Translate WHS data, wellbeing indicators,



notifications and emerging trends into insights that inform decision making, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leaders, managers and teams to embed consistent WHS practices, improve capability and support safe, compliant ways of working.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaborative WHS and wellbeing solutions, including engagement with industrial associations, government agencies and service providers.

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy partnering with leaders and teams to build practical, evidence-based WHS and wellbeing solutions across a complex health environment. We are looking for someone who:

- Has demonstrated experience interpreting relevant legislative requirements relating to Work Health and Safety, manual handling and related acts and regulations.
- Can develop, implement and evaluate WHS, staff health and wellbeing policies, procedures and programs.
- Communicates with influence and credibility, including the ability to negotiate with staff, management and stakeholders to support successful WHS and wellbeing outcomes.
- Builds strong working relationships with management, staff, industrial organisations, industry bodies and external agencies on WHS and wellbeing matters.
- Uses data, evidence and contemporary best practice to identify trends,



manage risks and support continuous improvement.
- Brings a collaborative leadership style and the ability to coach, support and develop others while contributing to safe, constructive workplace culture.
