Our client is a well-established national residential development business delivering quality new homes to customers across NSW. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team and manage the customer journey from contract through to construction and handover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships and coordinating multiple projects from start to finish.

The Role

As the Customer Service Representative, you will manage a portfolio of home builds, ensuring each project progresses smoothly, accurately and within the required timeframes.

- Managing multiple customer job files from contract through to handover
- Preparing and issuing building contracts and associated documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of contracts, variations, selections and project information
- Raising, issuing and processing variation
- Providing proactive communication and regular updates to customers throughout the build




- Managing temporary power applications and other pre-construction requirements
- Preparing project files and documentation for site supervisors
- Liaising with Site Supervisors regarding construction progress, inspections and scheduling
- Raising and following up progress claims and payments

About You:

- Previous experience in residential construction, customer service, project administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the new home building process from contract through to handover
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with contracts, variations and project documentation
