About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a premium retail environment.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery, watches and gifts for life's special occasions.
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support stock control and day-to-day store operations.

- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail or a customer-focused sales environment.
