ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a commercially driven and experienced Senior Production Specialist to join our Cotton On team in our Sleep and Baby category on a 8 month maternity leave cover.
You'll own the end-to-end production management of a defined production type across multiple brands, bringing product to life while balancing cost, quality, speed to market and customer expectations.
You will:
- Execute supplier strategy, allocation and production plans across your category
- Manage supplier relationships and drive performance across cost, quality and lead time
- Lead cost negotiations and landed cost optimisation
- Own production execution, critical paths, capacity planning and risk management
- Partner with Design, Buying, Planning and Quality to deliver product outcomes
- Drive speed-to-market and in-season production agility
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Production team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience in global apparel production, sourcing or supplier management
- Robust understanding of end-to-end production and critical path management
- Strong commercial acumen, including cost negotiation and margin optimisation
- Proven supplier management experience across cost, quality, compliance and sustainability
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership capability and experience developing others
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment
