We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Brisbane studio and take a leadership role within our growing Multi-Residential team.
This is an opportunity for a confident architect with strong project delivery experience to lead projects from concept through to completion, while providing day-to-day leadership, mentoring and technical direction to the multi-residential team.
Working closely with the directors and broader leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects and contributing to the continued growth and development of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design and delivery of multi-residential projects across all project stages, from concept through to construction.
- Manage teams, providing clear direction, coordination and support to architects, designers and documentation staff.
- Take responsibility for project outcomes, including design quality, programme, documentation, coordination and delivery.
- Lead client, consultant and stakeholder relationships and represent the practice professionally.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage project interfaces effectively.




- Oversee design development and ensure projects maintain a strong architectural vision from concept through delivery.
- Review and lead the preparation of documentation, specifications and construction information.

About You:

- At least 5 years' professional architectural experience within the multi-residential space
- Proven experience leading projects through documentation and construction.
- Strong design sensibility combined with excellent technical and delivery capability.
- High-level Revit proficiency and an understanding of BIM workflows.
- Experience managing and mentoring project teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and construction methodologies.
- Solid consultant coordination and project management skills.
- Registration not necessary but highly desirable

Up to $125k Salary package for the right candidate.
