The Opportunity
Albury Wodonga Health is seeking additional Graduate Registered Nurses for our 2026 Graduate Nurse Program. Our Graduate Nurse Program offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, 32 hours per week (0.8 FTE), commencing in October 2026.

The Registered Nurse Graduate Program is tailored to provide support in your transition from student to practitioner. Not only will you be fully supported during your graduate rotation by our leading educators, but you will also have the opportunity to experience multiple clinical areas across our Albury and Wodonga campuses as part of your rotation schedule. Graduate Nurses are provided with a comprehensive orientation program and four additional study days throughout the year. At AWH, you will play a welcomed and valued role as part of our future nursing workforce.

Eligibility:
- Registered Nurses who completed study between 1st January 2025- 30th June 2026.
- Are not already undertaking a Graduate year
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Hold valid Australian working rights

- Two full clinical placement appraisals from your third year of study
