Hospitality Manager | Aged Care | Regional, NSW
A well-established, values-driven aged care provider in regional, NSW approx. 1 hour from Cowra, is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead high-quality catering, housekeeping and laundry services that create a warm, home-like environment for residents, families and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine breadth, backed by the support of a passionate, close-knit team.

The Prospect / Main Duties

- Lead and manage catering, housekeeping and laundry services across the home
- Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring nutritious, varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations
- Provide hands-on leadership in the kitchen, leading by example including cooking, cleaning and dishwashing as needed




- Coordinate menus and tailor meals to residents' diverse dietary needs
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment supporting staff development and high-quality service
- Manage budgets and collaborate with suppliers to deliver services efficiently
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance the resident experience

What We're Looking For

- Aged care experience essential
- Qualification as a Chef or Cook (essential)
- Proven experience supervising and managing a large team
- Hands-on leadership style, comfortable cooking and working directly alongside the team
- Strong understanding of OHS and food safety standards
- Skills in menu coordination and tailoring meals to diverse dietary needs
- Experience managing housekeeping and laundry operations
