The practice is looking for a confident Dentist who can step into an existing schedule and provide continuity of care during a maternity leave period.

About the position

Our client is looking for an experienced Dentist to join our clients' team on a maternity leave cover arrangement through to the end of 2026.

This is an excellent prospect for a Dentist seeking a medium-term role with established patient demand, a varied clinical caseload and the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.

You will take over an existing patient base and provide comprehensive general dentistry, with procedures potentially including:

- Comprehensive examinations and preventive care
- Composite fillings and restorative dentistry
- Dental crowns and bridges
- Root canal therapy
- Routine tooth extractions
- Teeth whitening and cosmetic treatments
- Emergency dental care
- Treatment planning and ongoing patient management





The role would suit a confident clinician who can transition smoothly into an established practice and maintain strong patient relationships throughout the maternity leave period.

Key Requirements

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Australian clinical experience preferred
- Confidence managing a broad general dentistry caseload
- Strong restorative and treatment planning skills
- Excellent patient communication and relationship-building ability
- Ability to work independently within a busy clinical environment
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care
- Availability to commit through to the end of 2026
