- Actively originating and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing a portfolio of business banking customers

- Working closely with credit and product partners to structure deals

About You You are commercially driven, relationship‑oriented, and motivated by growth. You bring:

- Experience in business banking, commercial banking, or financial services
- A proven or emerging track record in business development and relationship management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound credit awareness and commercial judgement
