This is a permanent Senior Family Lawyer opportunity, offered at Senior Associate level, for a lawyer ready to take on genuine autonomy across a caseload of complex family law files.

About the role: As Senior Family Lawyer, you'll run a caseload spanning parenting matters, property settlement and divorce, with genuine file ownership from an early stage.
- Running family law files end to end, as Senior Associate within the team
- Advising on and drafting consent orders and binding financial agreements
- Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as required
- Mentoring and supervising more junior family lawyers in the team
- Contributing to client relationships and business development within the practice

What you'll bring:




- 5+ years PAE in family law, with a strong personal caseload track record
- Current unrestricted practising certificate in NSW
- Confidence running matters through consent orders, financial agreements and court process
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills, with the ability to mentor junior lawyers as a Senior Associate
- Based in or willing to work across Sydney
