We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Officer to join a large and complex organisation and support the delivery of a range of business and technology initiatives.
Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery through coordination, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
The Role

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Project Managers with planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities.
- Coordinating project meetings, preparing documentation, taking minutes and tracking actions.
- Assisting with project governance, reporting and assurance activities.
- Maintaining project documentation, including risks, issues and action registers.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with testing and implementation activities.
- Supporting change initiatives, including end-user communication and training coordination.
- Monitoring project activities and following up on key actions and deliverables.

About You

To be successful, you will have experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, Project Support or similar role, ideally within a large, complex or enterprise environment.




You will bring experience in:

- Project coordination and administration.
- Project governance and reporting.
- Risk and issue management.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Coordinating meetings, documentation and project actions.
- Supporting testing, implementation or change activities.
- Working across multiple projects or workstreams.

Experience supporting technology, digital, systems or business transformation projects will be highly regarded.
You will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner or similar platforms will also be advantageous.
