UKG Workforce Management Administrator/Consultant

We're seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Administrator/Consultant to support the HRMIS Program at a Western Australian Government sector entity.

This is a 6-month contract prospect, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension, commencing ASAP.

This role provides advanced functional and technical support for UKG, ensuring accurate workforce management, timekeeping, leave and payroll related processes. It supports system configuration, integrations, incident resolution and data integrity across UKG, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for UKG Workforce Management
- Troubleshoot issues relating to timecards, schedules, leave accruals, employment terms, work rule profiles, holiday profiles and organisational structures
- Investigate and resolve integration issues between UKG, EC, ECP and downstream systems
- Configure and maintain UKG components including Employment Terms, Work Rules, Holiday Profiles, Hyperfinds, Accrual Profiles and Pay Rules
- Support system changes, deployments and post implementation validation
- Participate in SIT, UAT and Production verification activities
- Develop and analyse UKG reports and support reconciliation,



audit and compliance activities
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance system stability and performance
- Configure Industrial Agreement rate increases in UKG

About You
- Strong UKG Workforce Management administration and support experience
- Experience providing Level 2/3 support in a live production environment
- Understanding of integrations between UKG, SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP
- Experience with SIT, UAT and production verification processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
