About the Role -

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school’s landscape maintenance, ensuring the grounds are looking their best all year round.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your site

- Plan and organise daily works

- Maintain gardens, lawns, hedges, trees and landscaped areas to a high standard

- Build a strong relationship with the client and school community

- Identify opportunities to improve the presentation and health of the landscape

- Work closely with SureGreen management and other teams

- Help develop apprentices and less experienced team members

- Lead by example and create a positive, professional team environment

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and takes genuine pride in their work.

You’ll ideally have:

- A horticulture, landscaping or related qualification

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance

- Experience leading or supervising a team

- Strong horticultural knowledge

- Positive communication and organisational skills

- A professional approach and great attention to detail

- The ability to work independently and take ownership

- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

- A current Australian Driver’s License
