RM Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to be part of a well-established leader in the industrial industry, recognised for its commitment to safety, reliability, and on time delivery.

This role will see you leading and supporting a team of Electrical field technicians, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in completing capital upgrade project works as well as general preventative maintenance works relating to Distribution board installations and other electrical equipment in and around the Toowoomba council area.
DIDO from Brisbane can also be arranged with accommodation.

Paying $75/h + super + penalties + company Ute, this is a casual to permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role and will primarily include, but not be limited to:





- Complete Capital upgrade works on Council sites relating to current Distribution board installations.
- Completing preventative maintenance works as required.
- Lead and support Electricians to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.
- Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiency.

Skills/Experience and Licensing required:

- Current Electrical License
- Current Driver's License
- Construction White Card
- Experience leading or supervising Electricians
- Must have permanent working rights in Australia
