The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the fit-out and finishes trades across multiple work fronts while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising all internal fit-out and finishes activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Managing trade sequencing and resolving site issues to maintain project momentum
- Driving quality outcomes through inspections,



defect management and practical completion
- Working closely with the site team to ensure efficient delivery across the finishing stages
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team

About You:

- Proven experience supervising fit-out and finishes on major commercial building projects
- Solid understanding of quality control, programme management and subcontractor coordination
- Experience delivering projects through to completion and handover
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to construction delivery
- Construction White Card and current Australian driver's licence
