McArthur has exciting opportunities for experienced Comprehensive/Clinical Assessors to work in a locum capacity with a leading organisation linked to one of Melbourne's leading healthcare providers, committed to providing high-quality assessment services to older adults.

About the Organisation
Based in Caulfield, you will be working with a provider of aged care assessment services, dedicated to helping older Australians remain independent and maximise their quality of life.
They work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and service providers to connect people with the right support services at the right time, by providing a comprehensive in-home assessment and reviews as needed.

The Role
You'll conduct autonomous, person-centred assessments to determine the care and support older Australians need to live safely and independently at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely,
holistic assessments that enhance independence and quality of life.
- Liaise with families, carers, and service providers as key stakeholders in the assessment process.
- Manage your assessment schedule to meet Department of Health timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Note: This role involves travel within the inner southern metro region.
What We're Looking For
- Must have completed Comprehensive Assessor certification and have recent experience working as a Clinical / Comprehensive Assessor within the Single Assessment Service
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Allied Health, or Social Work
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, CHSP, and Support at Home
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Australian driver's licence and a fully insured vehicle.
- Availability for at least 3 days per week
