About the Role As a Waste Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and productive collection and delivery of waste from various client sites.
Duties include:
- Operating HR waste trucks, including rear lift and/or front lift vehicles
- Driving to client sites to complete bin collections and deliveries
- Completing daily pre-start vehicle inspections and required documentation
- Performing manual handling duties as required
About You To be successful, you will have:
- A current HR licence or higher
- Proven heavy vehicle driving experience
- Waste industry experience is highly regarded
- A strong commitment to safety
- A reliable and proactive attitude
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling
- Flexibility to work early starts, long shifts and occasional Saturdays
