Australia’s leading provider of property valuation, data and advisory solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead national growth across Banking and Private Credit sector client base.
(HTW) has more than 700 property professionals and national coverage across Australia. We combine deep local expertise with data, technology and digital valuation solutions to support Australia’s banking, finance and property sectors.
As we invest in new products, technology integrations and distribution, we are looking for a proven sales leader to drive our next phase of growth. We welcome applications from Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director of Residential, you will lead a dedicated national sales team and be responsible for:
- Driving national revenue growth and increasing share of wallet.
- Expanding HTW across banking, non-bank lending and private credit.
- Building senior executive relationships with key customers.
- Leading and developing a high-performing national sales team.
- Driving adoption of HTW’s valuation, data and digital solutions.
- Developing new technology, integration and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Building a disciplined national sales pipeline and delivering against revenue targets.
About you
You are an experienced B2B sales leader with a strong track record of delivering growth in banking, financial services, property, technology or a related sector.
You bring strong commercial acumen, executive-level relationship skills and experience leading sales teams in complex enterprise environments.
Most importantly, you know how to turn customer relationships, technology and market opportunity into sustainable revenue growth.
