We're seeking high-performing High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Eastern Creek. With immediate starts available, we're looking for reliable operators who can hit the ground running and become part of a hardworking, supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable employment with the potential for ongoing work through to January 2027.

About the Role

Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for:

- Operating high reach forklifts
- Putaways and replenishments
- Picking and pallet movements
- RF scanning and inventory management
- Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently
- Meeting daily productivity and operational targets
- Following site safety procedures and warehouse processes

This is a KPI-driven environment where productivity and accuracy are important. We're looking for operators who take pride in their work, work safely, and consistently deliver strong performance.

What You'll Need:

- Current LF Forklift Licence




- Minimum 3 years' continuous forklift operating experience
- Proven experience operating Jungheinrich High Reach Forklifts
- RF scanning experience
- Strong warehouse and logistics experience
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Available Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
- Ability to commit to ongoing employment
- Own reliable transport
