Programmed is recruiting 10 experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading global logistics provider based in Kemps Creek. With peak season fast approaching, we're looking for reliable operators ready to secure their position ahead of our September 1st start.

To help candidates get a feel for the role and setting, we'll be conducting site walkthroughs next week, giving you the opportunity to view the facility and lock in your position before commencement.

These opportunities will run throughout the peak season, with the potential for ongoing employment for high performers through to 2027

Pay Rates:

- Day Shift: $34.65 per hour

- Afternoon Shift: $41.37 per hour

- Night Shift: $45.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

- Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available.

About the Role

Working within a busy warehouse operation, you'll be responsible for:

- Operating High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
- Picking and replenishing stock
- Putaways and pallet movements
- RF scanning and inventory management
- Loading and unloading stock




- General warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining productivity and safety standards
- You'll be handling a variety of well-known confectionery products.

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven High Reach Forklift experience- must have 3 years experience
- Previous warehousing or logistics experience
- RF scanning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport
- Ability to pass a Police Check (no disclosable outcomes)
- Full working rights within Australia
- Availability to commence in September
