We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Female Disability Support Workers to support participants in Chermside and Banyo.

About the Role
You will provide tailored support to two participants, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Please note: This position is open to female applicants only due to the specific care requirements and personal support needs of the participants.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
· Supporting medication administration and management
· Providing assistance with household tasks, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
· Facilitating community access, appointments, and social participation
· Promoting participant choice, independence, dignity, and inclusion
· Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting requirements
· Building positive, professional relationships with participants and their support networks
Shifts Available
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Versatile rostering opportunities
- Weekend availability is essential for this role.
About You
You are a caring and reliable support worker who understands the importance of person-centred care and enjoys making a genuine difference in the lives of others.
You will have:
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Certificate III/IV in Disability or relevant healthcare qualification (or working towards)
· First Aid & CPR certification
· QLD Driver's licence and reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance
· Genuine commitment to person-centred care
· Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
· NDIS Worker Orientation
· Infection Control
· Medication management
