Sales Associate to Top Performer
Location: Aspley, QLD
Salary: Up to $60,000 + Super + Bonus Structure
An exciting chance is available for a motivated Sales Associate to join a growing residential sales team based in Aspley!
This role is suited to someone looking to develop their career in real estate sales, with exposure across buyers, prospecting, valuations and the overall sales process.
The Role:
- Managing and following up buyer enquiries
- Conducting prospecting and lead generation activities
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and database management
- Assisting with property valuations and appraisals
- Coordinating building and pest inspections
- Supporting agents throughout the sales campaign and transaction process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and prospective clients
- Assisting with general sales duties and day-to-day team requirements

- Salary of up to $60,000 + Super
- Bonus structure payable following successful completion of probation

- Ideally holding or working towards their Queensland real estate registration
