Customer Advisor – Coffs Harbour

Part-time | Monday to Friday | 9.45am – 3.15pm | $32.50 per hour plus leave loading and superannuation

Regional Australia Bank is looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Coffs Harbour Branch. This permanent part time role offers regular weekday hours from 9.45am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday, which may suit someone looking for school-friendly hours or a better work-life balance.

From time to time, you may also provide support at our Sawtell Branch, so flexibility to work from both locations when needed will be important.

About the role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping with everyday banking needs and providing friendly, accurate and professional service.

You’ll support customers with transactions, account enquiries, digital banking, account opening and general banking conversations. You’ll also take the time to understand customer needs and help connect them with products, services or referrals that may support their goals.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive and fun local team that values great customer service, community connection and strong relationships.

What we’re looking for





We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, reliable, willing to learn and confident having genuine conversations with customers. You’ll bring a positive team attitude, good attention to detail and an interest in supporting the local community.

Previous banking experience is helpful, but not essential. Experience in customer service, retail, administration, hospitality, community work or similar would be well regarded.
