About the role

Cricks Sunshine Coast are looking for experienced Salespeople for our Wises Road dealership in Maroochydore. This is a full-time position offering an exciting prospect to work with exciting new brands that are experiencing significant growth. As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey. We have multiple positions to fill across both New and Pre-Owned Vehicles. You will be working closely with the Sales Manager, General Sales Manager as well as the Dealer Principal. The new car brands that Cricks Wises Road represent are Zeekr, Omoda/Jaecoo, X Peng, KGM, Jac as well as a sizeable Pre-Owned department.

Key responsibilities

- Meet and greet our customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences

- Conduct product knowledge demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits

- Prepare and negotiate sales terms and close transactions

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our LMS and DMS systems

- Thorough follow up abilities with prospective customers

- Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst delivering a high level of customer satisfaction

- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

- Daily collaboration with the Finance team

- Stay updated on current vehicle inventory, pricing and promotional offers

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns professionally

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in automotive sales

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers

- Excellent numeracy and negotiation abilities

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets





- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

- Proficiency in using computer systems and dealership management software

- A valid driver's licence and Motor Salesperson Licence highly regarded

- Flexibility to work Saturdays
