We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Analyst to join a large and complex ICT environment on an initial 12-month contract.
You’ll join an established Identity and Access Management team, supporting the operation of IAM services and contributing to the ongoing improvement of identity and access capabilities.
You will help ensure users have secure and appropriate access to systems and applications across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the operation, maintenance and improvement of IAM systems, including user lifecycle management.
- Configuring and managing authentication, authorisation and access controls across integrated systems.
- Supporting the onboarding of applications and services into IAM and identity federation platforms.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Supporting identity data management, reconciliation and access governance activities.
- Working with project and operational teams to implement IAM solutions in line with security and architectural standards.
- Supporting the migration of users, content and security groups between IAM platforms.
- Contributing to IAM documentation, knowledge transfer and process improvement.
- Working with team members to support the effective transition of IAM knowledge and processes into operational support.
You will ideally have:
- Around 5 years' experience in Identity and Access Management, or a closely related security environment.
- Experience working with enterprise IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM), Active Directory or equivalent identity solutions.
- A strong understanding of authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating applications with IAM and federation technologies, including SSO, SAML and OAuth.
- Exposure to Ping Identity, particularly Ping Access and/or Ping Federate.
- Knowledge of federation technologies and security protocols.
- Experience with identity data management, reconciliation and access controls.
- Experience supporting the migration of users, content and security groups between IAM providers.
- Exposure to Optimal IdM would be advantageous.
- Experience working with technologies such as .NET, C#, Java or scripting languages would be beneficial.
- The ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate problems and work through technical solutions.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in cybersecurity, identity management or IT are desirable but not essential.
