This isn't a desk-bound account management role. You'll be out generating your own opportunities, backed by a well-established portfolio and a senior Account Executive to fast-track your development.

What you'll be doing:

- Generating current business within your portfolio through personal initiative
- Growing and retaining client relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities




- Working closely with your AE and Branch Manager to build broking expertise
- Managing documentation, debtors and compliance to a high standard

What you'll need:

- Tier 1 insurance qualification (essential)
- Dip Fin Services highly regarded
- A driven, proactive approach - comfortable picking up the phone and building networks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
